I need to return my order, how do I do this?

Please complete the Return Form to submit a return, someone will then be in touch within 24 hours on how to return your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Despatch for UK delivery is usually within 2 working days and delivery within 1-5 working days depending on the delivery option selected. Please note that Made to Order items have a lead time of 5-7 days.

My delivery hasn't arrived, can you help?

How does the click and collect for graduation service work?

Click and collect orders can be collected from the in-person shop inside the arrival marquee.
How does your 'Ship to Campus' service work?

Ship to Campus orders are delivered to Cranfield campus and can be collected from Main Stores Building 84A.

 Orders will be despatched on the 7th and 21st of each month (or closest subsequent working day).  When your package is available for collection you will receive an email from Stores to ask you to collect it. Please don’t go to Stores to collect until you have received the email letting you know your package has arrived.

The delivery charge for Ship to Campus orders to Cranfield campus is £2.00 including VAT.

 If you require a quicker delivery service, please select normal delivery at the checkout.

I have chosen Cranfield Welcome Week for Click and Collect, where do I collect my order?

For Cranfield Welcome Week, collect your parcels from the Vincent Building ground floor atrium from 28 September to 1 October.  Please bring your order number.
